Durks was born out of a love for food that hits different — the kind of food you crave at midnight, talk about the next day, and keep coming back for. But from day one, we knew this was never just going to be about what's on the plate.

We wanted to build something with soul. A diner with its own identity, its own energy, its own culture. A place where the walls tell stories through original art, where the merch is something you actually want to rock, and where every detail — from the music to the packaging — feels intentional.
